Jane App – Used for scheduling, intake forms, record keeping, billing, and some video sessions. Payments are processed securely through Stripe within Jane App.
Zoom or Doxy.me – Used for secure online counselling sessions.
Google Workspace – Used for email and document management.
Some of these providers may store or process data outside of Canada. We take care to use services that meet high privacy and security standards.
