All sessions are conducted online through a secure video platform
Each Standard 50-minute session is $175 (including tax)
Many clients receive coverage through extended health insurance

clinical director and principal therapist
Paragon’s clinical director and principal therapist, Brittany Jacob, is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. Brittany has been providing mental health support for over ten years. She holds a Master of Arts (MA) Degree in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in Psychiatric Nursing.
Alongside her academic and professional background, Brittany brings the wisdom of real-life experience, offering a grounded, compassionate perspective that helps clients feel understood and supported on their journey. Brittany uses a variety of therapeutic approaches in session. Commonly used modalities include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focussed Therapy, Mindfulness and Self-Compassion practices.
