  • Each Standard 50-minute session is $175 (including tax)

principal therapist

Paragon’s principal therapist, Brittany Jacob, is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. Brittany has been providing mental health support for over ten years. She holds a Master of Arts (MA) Degree in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in Psychiatric Nursing.

Brittany is passionate about supporting folks with ADHD and anxiety as they navigating life’s ups and downs. Alongside her academic and professional background, Brittany brings the wisdom of real-life experience, offering a grounded, compassionate perspective that helps clients feel understood and supported on their journey. Brittany uses a variety of therapeutic approaches in session. Commonly used modalities include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focussed Therapy, Mindfulness and Self-Compassion practices.
